Bancroft Gordon, President, is a former National Football Team representative (76-79) and was an invitee to both the National Field Hockey and Basketball squads. He was KSAFA Player of the Year in 1978 while representing Shortwood United FC. He attended XLCR High School and represented them in Football, Cricket, Basketball, Field Hockey and Track and Field. He was named salutatorian for his graduating class. He was awarded a football scholarship to Howard University in Washington DC and captained the team for three years and was an All American selection in 1983. He graduated from Howard summa cum laude and went on to get his law degree from Harvard Law School. He played professional football with the Maryland Bays and Washington Diplomats of the ASL. He currently sponsors, manages and coaches Jamaica NATs, the premier amateur football team in the Washington metropolitan area. He recently retired from the position of VP, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Marriott International, Inc.
